Delivery Policy

1. General Information
Willows Green Permaculture uses the Machool platform to manage and optimize its shipments.

We also offer a local pickup service for customers who wish to collect their orders directly from our address.

2. Delivery Areas
We deliver to:

All of Canada

The United States

Certain international destinations (depending on Machool carriers)

3. Carriers Used (via Machool)
Depending on availability and optimized rates:

Canada Post

UPS

Purolator

FedEx

DHL (international)

4. Processing Times
Order processing: 1 to 3 business days

Weekend orders: processed the next business day

An email with the tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order is shipped.

5. Estimated Delivery Times
Ontario/Quebec: 2 to 5 days

Rest of Canada: 3 to 8 days

United States: 5 to 10 days

International: 7 to 21 days

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the season.

6. Shipping Costs
Calculated automatically by Machool based on: weight, dimensions, address, and carrier.

The final price is displayed before payment.

7. Package Tracking
Each shipped order includes:

A tracking link

The carrier

Package progress

8. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
In case of an incomplete or incorrect address, or if delivery is impossible:

The package can be returned

The customer is responsible for the reshipping costs

9. Damage, Loss, Delays
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, Machool allows us to open a claim if:

The package is damaged

The package is lost

The package is significantly delayed

Final decisions depend on the carrier (5–20 days).

10. Local Pickup Policy
Willows Green Permaculture offers a free local pickup service for customers located near our location:

10.1 How does pickup work?

Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout.

No shipping fees will be added.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

10.2 Preparation Time
Pickup orders are generally ready within:
👉 1 to 3 business days

An email will confirm your available time slot.

10.3 Scheduling an Appointment
Pickup is by appointment only to ensure a team member is available.

The exact time will be emailed to you after your order has been prepared.

10.4 Pickup Requirements
You may be asked to provide ID or your order number.

Please arrive during your confirmed time slot.

10.5 Uncollected Orders
Orders not collected after 14 days may:

Be canceled

Be returned to stock

Be subject to a restocking fee

(Notice will be sent by email)

11. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted according to our refund policy.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of an error on our part).
